Charlie Palmer's Third Annual "Pigs, Pinot & Palmer" at Hotel Healdsburg


An internationally diverse group of chefs and winemakers come together to celebrate the pairing of specially-created pork dishes and Pinot Noir from around the world. This event will benefit Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit that inspires and organizes individuals and businesses to share their strengths to help end hunger. Since 1984, Share our Strength has led the fight against hunger and poverty by inspiring and organizing individuals and businesses to share their strengths.

Pigs & Pinot special events include:
  • “Taste Around” which showcases wines from top pinot producers in the Sonoma/Napa area and across the globe.
  • “Pinot Cup” wine challenge, a cooking class at the new Relish Culinary School with Chef Palmer himself.
  • “Uncovered & Uncorked" - A cooking class and tasting with Chef Charlie Palmer and guest Chefs Jérôme Bocuse and Philippe Rispolli explore a few more exciting bits of this tasty beast.
  • Gala Dinner: five courses featuring creations from Chef Palmer and a host of celebrity chefs.
Tickets are limited and available on a first come first sold basis only. Participating chefs include: Charlie Palmer (Leading Chef, Founder & Owner: Aureole, NYC, Aureole Las Vegas and Dry Creek Kitchen; Mike Ellis (Chef de Cuisine, Dry Creek Kitchen, Healdsburg, CA; David Burke (davidburke & donatella, NYC): Philippe Rispoli (formerly of Daniel Boulud Brasserie and Executive Chef at Aureole, Las Vegas); Jérôme Bocuse (son of celebrated chef Paul Bocuse); Luke Magnan (South Food & Wine Bar, San Francisco). Participating Gala Dinner Wineries include: Kosta Browne, Dutton Estate, Domaine de La Vougeraie + Jean-Claude Boisset (Burgundy) and Diamond Valley (Australia).
