Marinscope Newspapers Ross Valley Reporter News Starting from scratch

Born in San Francisco, grew up in Marin County, I now live with my husband and son on 6 acres in the heart of Sonoma County. Our dream of living in the wine country came true in 2010. My Mom Gail was always very aware of naturopathic health and nutrition. As a result, I've been eating organic, locally grown food for a long as I can remember (but not all the time, hello college?). I started this blog shortly after becoming a mother in 2006, an event that prompted me to "green" our entire household. I wanted to share all the information I gathered (and still continue to gather) with friends, family and the general public. After a two year hiatus, I am ready to start blogging again. Even though I post daily to my FB page, I want to revive the Eco Smart Style blog, now in 2012, in an effort to separate the "green" information from all the other stuff I post on FB. I do still have a full-time career in corporate finance, so my posts can be a little erratic. I welcome your feedback and comments.
